Shipping Times: We have a wide selection of office chairs and furniture, each product ships with varying time frames. Please see the individual auctions and item listing on eBay for the estimated ship dates and times of each product.
MOST of our items are located in Kennesaw, GA and can ship within 48 hours of payment for the fastest shipping around. All of our chairs are pre-sale items with a delivery date guaranteed by the 30th day from the date that the item is purchased and are available for shipping now. If you are worried about delivery times, please contact us with model number and quantity needed and we would be happy to give you an estimated ship date. Our warehouse does not offer an expedited shipping program for overnight or 2-day ship at this time due to the size of the items. Average ship time for most products is 5-10 business days.
Payment Methods: We offer a variety of payment options with Paypal being our preferred payment processor. We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as e-checks and money orders or cashier’s checks.
Site Security: We do not give or sell our customer information to anyone, other than to process the order. All customer information is stored on a secure server and is not accessible.

We can ship to the lower 48 U.S. States only and unfortunately do not ship to AK or HI at this time.
Most items are shipped using Federal Express Ground but depending on size and weight, could be shipped freight. Estimated delivery time is stated in the individual listing but averages 5-10 business days from the time of payment on most of our models. 95% of our items ship from Kennesaw, GA.
Inside delivery is not included for any item we sell. Some shipments may require a signature in order to be left at the door due to the size or dollar amount and will require a daytime contact number frfom you as a purchaser. If signature is required for your chair, it will be stated in the item listing.
Return Policy: We understand that picking a chair online can be difficult, so if a customer would like to return a chair, they would simply contact us for a return authorization number (RMA) and approval for the return from us. Please be aware that if a customer returns a product, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount. The customer will also be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us.
All returns must be in the original condition and packaging. If a product arrives damaged, or we have made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts, we will have to pay to have the item returned to us and send a replacement to our customer. If the customer decides that they do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.
** Some custom made and ordered products may be subject to a 25-40% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer for items no longer needed or wanted due to customer error. This will be stated in the item listing.
Order Cancellation: All order cancellations must be made in writing to Sit On This Ergonomics and are dependent on whether the item has already shipped or not. Please contact us to cancel an order and receive an authorization number for cancellation and we would be happy to help or change information if a new shipment address is needed. If an order has already been shipped and/or started fabrication, a 45% restocking fee will be incurred if cancellation is still desired.
Freight Damage: Damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received from Sit On This for freight damage. If you find that merhchandise has been freight damaged, simply refuse the shipment unless it is shipped via Fed Ex / UPS. Contact us if you receive a damaged chair via FedEx or UPS and we will send out replacement parts.
If the chair is shipped via freight in a truck, make sure that the driver waits for you while you inspect the chair. Failure to inspect the product will result in loss of protection. If UPS/FedEx leaves the chair at your door and you are not available to inspect it for freight damage, you need to call your FedEX/UPS office within 24 hours of delivery and file an immediate freight claim to report damage in addition to calling us for replacement parts.
Purchase Orders: Purchase orders for large volume shipments will be accepted and reviewed seperately. All purchase order requests HAVE TO be made in writing using company or government letterhead. If you have any further questions about purchase orders, please contact us.
Fabric Samples: We realize that it can be hard to view fabric samples online and fabric colors do vary slightly with computer monitor settings. We try our hardest to ensure that the chairs and fabrics match the actual pictures and have used professional equipment to retrieve pictures and scan fabrics. Some products have samples available: to request fabric samples, please contact us including your name, address, chair model and fabric colors. If available, fabric samples will be sent and should be received within 3-5 business days.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change at any time. Pricing errors can occasionally occur at checkout due to computer errors. We are not responsible for these pricing errors and will notify the buyer immediately upon finding these errors and satisfactorily resolve the issue.
